Joanne is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, where she was active in the Loyola Mountaineers and Collegiate Society of Advertising.

She has previously worked with One Mega Inc.’s digital team as their social media associate and sales and marketing executive, responsible for Mega brands Megastyle.ph, Inside Showbiz, and MEG. She then moved to IPG Multimedia Brands as the coordinator for the digital accounts which covered the 65th Miss Universe event.

Shortly after, she became the project coordinator and media manager for the sports events company, Sunrise Events Inc., which spearheads all IRONMAN-brand races before joining Katapult as an Account Manager.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys playing sports, exploring the outdoors and baking.

Rohit graduated with a Marketing Degree from De La Salle University in 2019, with internship experience in the fields of Finance, Tech, and Fashion.

Prior to his time in Katapult Digital, he served as the youngest representative for the HPAIR, or the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations, held in Dubai back in 2013. It paved the way for him becoming the head for HPAIR Marketing in the Philippines, which then gave him the opportunity to represent his alma mater in the 2015 and 2018 Winter HPAIR Conferences, hosted right at the heart of Harvard University.

Rohit is also the go-to guy for anything Global Business and Investing. He can be found happily crawling around Poblacion, or wherever the beat of the clubs take him.

David is an economist and an educator-at-heart, finishing his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in Kalayaan College, graduating Cum Laude. He then moved on to further studies, under the Masters in Development Economics program of the University of the Philippines, School of Economics.

He has more than twelve years combined experience covering the fields of the academe and market research. He spent 7 years as a member of the faculty of his alma mater, including taking up the responsibility as the Program Coordinator of BA Business Administration (Major in Business Economics), while running his own research consultancy.

When he is not studying and teaching, David likes to do portrait photography, shooting music videos for his musician friends, reading, and drinking lots of coffee.

Precious is a fresh graduate from Miriam College with a degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. She was an active student leader who held positions in different organizations such as the Internal Vice President of Miriam College Junior Marketing Association, as well as General Manager of the institution’s Internet Research Center. A proud dean’s lister, she has joined various competitions and won several awards for her hard work and dedication during her time as a student. She was part of the Top 5 Finalists for the Agora Youth Awards, as well as a finalist for the first ever Toyota Young Marketeers Challenge. Precious was also one of the college representatives for an International Business Plan Competition held in South Korea, where her team also landed as finalists.

In her spare time, Precious loves playing with her dogs, eating, watching movies/series, and most especially, sleeping. She also has countless extracurricular activities and took lessons in different sports such as basketball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, ballet, skating, etc.

She considers herself a frustrated singer, dancer, and model.

Jom graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Entrepreneurial Management, where he spent his final college years running a small coffee shop in Katipunan.

He then ventured into the corporate world, working as a Sales Associate for the Rockwell Land Corporation, where he handled their high-end residential projects in Manila. Jom also gained more sales experience as an Account Executive for the Power Mac Center’s Education Team — integrating Apple products and offering education solutions to schools with the current K-12 curriculum.

On the side, Jom is a dancer and has competed numerous times on a National level. He is also a theatre actor when he isn’t busy filming dance covers.

Legend has it, whenever someone hears a ringing in their ear, it means Cheese is once again, trying to sing all the parts of One Day More, somewhere in the world.

A thespian at heart, Cheese has spent the majority of his past nine lives working on international touring productions such as The Lion King, Les Misérables, Wicked, The Sound of Music, Mamma Mia!, West Side Story, and Singin’ in the Rain. After leaving his skidmark in the business of international musicals, he decided to refocus his efforts to the local theatre scene, co-founding his own theatre company, Theatre Titas, and has recently brought dark plays to life such as Shakespeare’s Macbeth and Paul Dumol’s Ang Paglilitis kay Mang Serapio. When he isn’t busy producing plays, or sometimes directing them, he happily leads talks on musical theatre appreciation, theory, and performance. One guesses he knows a little bit about theatre.

Haunted by his IMC degree from the University of Asia & the Pacific, his perilous travels have led him through the depths of Mount Doom and to some proficiency in the fields of Creatives, Account Management, Strategic Planning, Community Management, and Event Production. One guesses he knows a little bit about marketing.

Cheese is an avid believer in working to live and not living to work, and is really just here for a good time, not a long time.

He is also not on speaking terms with Katapult’s web developer, Diego, so please tell him to upload this writeup if you see him.

A sitcom protagonist. Naturally maingay. Appropriately madaldal. When observed under a controlled environment, this near-sighted specimen of a Tita chooses to retreat into the cozy confines of her home, indulging in activities that are neither exciting nor thrilling to the common man. Some fine examples include her neurotic desire to clean countertops, as well as gardening small plants by the windowsill and window shopping on the PSN.

Upon further study, post-analysis laboratory work suggests that she is in fact, composed of one-part Liz Lemon and two-parts Leslie Knope.

Before becoming the resident PR and Comms Specialist, Mikee was part of the Qualitative Research Team of Nielsen Philippines where she specialized in shopper marketing behavior and psychographics. She was also the Marketing Executive for Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group, the Prime Theater company in the Asian Region trusted by Broadway and West End licensors.

Be your own Beyonce because it is your destiny, child.

Graduating BSBA major in Marketing Management from University of Santo Tomas, she started her #BuhayAhensya diaries in IPG Mediabrands Philippines as a Community Manager turned Paid Media Buyer for Digital and ATL from 2015-2016 in UM, mainly handling FMCG brands.

By 2017, she discovered her passion for Digital Paid Media (Performance) and decided to transfer to Reprise Digital – IPG’s digital arm. In this chapter of her diary, she was able to lead and handle various accounts, including both local and international (Canada and Australia). Through the years, she continued to sharpen the saw and was able to lead her own team. By 2020, she took a leap of faith despite the ongoing Pandemic by joining the #Katacult as part of her #BuhayAhensya journey. Currently, she leads a team of five and is committed to help each one of them grow.

More than anything, she loves her Mama’s Sinigang and believes it’s the best Sinigang in the world. She also loves to travel and spend quality time with herself and with her loved ones.

Ed graduated from the Manila Center University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management (BSBA). He then obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cebu.

In the world of corporate, Ed began working in Sykes Enterprises as the team manager of operations, where he lead a team of thirty agents and managed the Top Team awarded in 2017. In Katapult Digital, Ed leads the Media & Performance team with highly-specialized skills: he is a Google Ads Certified marketer, and is also a Facebook Blueprint Course Certified marketer.

Ed is a happily married man, and spends his time experimenting on the fine art of cooking.

Tedd’s journey started after graduating from the Perpetual Help College of Manila under the extremely competitive course of BS Nursing. However, he has always shown a proficiency for business and marketing as he handled his family business even before going to school.

In 2018, he decided to finally lend his skills to the field of advertising, starting a career in IPG Mediabrands as a Media Buyer and Digital Marketing Specialist, where he was responsible for creating campaigns, running social media ads in Facebook Ads Manager, handling Search, Display, and Video ads in Google Adwords, and Programmatic Campaign Ads in Double Click.

Tedd is fond of martial arts, particularly boxing.

Gerald graduated Magna Cum Laude and Batch 2020 Valedictorian at the University of the City of Manila (PLM). Before gaining a degree in Marketing and entering the agency side of the world, he was a working student and a student-leader. Juggling between being a barista in a local coffee shop in Dapitan and a college student who values education, he has shown passion on being competent at what he does. As a Sagittarius and proudly gay man that he is, you can sense his rainbow sunlight, giving you your daily dose of optimism whenever you are with him. People see him as a social butterfly but he prefers to call it being naturally cute and confident. Sometimes, he dances. Sometimes, he sings. And while he may never play a piano, he cannot resist an avocado.

Currently, he works as the youngest person in Katapult, keeping that drive to perform like a true marketing rockstar alive.

The Hard Core

We Become what we Think About

Ed graduated from the Manila Center University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management (BSBA). He then obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cebu.

In the world of corporate, Ed began working in Sykes Enterprises as the team manager of operations, where he lead a team of thirty agents and managed the Top Team awarded in 2017. In Katapult Digital, Ed leads the Media & Performance team with highly-specialized skills: he is a Google Ads Certified marketer, and is also a Facebook Blueprint Course Certified marketer.

Tedd Escalona

Performance Marketing Specialist

The Medic

Never give up. When your heart becomes tired, just walk with your legs - but move on.
(Paolo Coelho)

Gerald De Asis

Performance Marketing Specialist

The Power Rookie

Be your own Beyonce because it is your destiny, child.

A Sentimentalist

Nothing in the world is so strong as a kind heart.

Brianna Ronquillo

KDrama Addict

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. (Helen Keller)

Anabelle Trinidad

Tech Specialist

Dog Lover

It is never too late to be what you might have been (George Eliot)

Raja’s career portfolio is as diverse as his interests, as it usually is the driving force behind the professional paths he’s taken since his first job as a Retail Store Manager at Terrie Fashion. After this endeavor, he desired to learn something new, hence his next career move at Google as a Hardware Specialist. Inspired as he was, Raja then created his own fashion & retail business which consists of everything under-the-sun; from hand-painted batik canvas and banig bags, pre-loved clothing, perfumery, to sustainable makeup brands. However, he found his true calling in E-Commerce, finally working as a Shopify Specialist for 2 years before joining Katapult Digital as an E-Commerce Senior Specialist.

Brianna graduated from two collaborated universities, SISFU from Las Pinas, and Arden University from Coventry, UK, with a degree of Bachelor of Science with Honours – First Class. Despite her struggles as a deaf student in a normal university, she was able to overcome her obstacles with enthusiasm to prove that she can do all things despite her impediment. All of her accomplishments are always made in the Lord’s name.

Brianna enjoys her solitude and silence (by way of turning off her hearing device). Despite being introverted, she dreams of one day traveling the world.

In her free time, Brianna loves to watch KDrama with her sister – who’s actually a dog, named Ally. During lockdown, Brianna took it upon herself to learn Hangul and is now able to say “나 완전 감자인데 사랑해” (I’m a potato but I love you.)

Anne graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Santo Tomas–Legazpi, formerly the Aquinas University of Legazpi. She developed her love for I.T. during her freshman year in college where she had a minor on the subject. From then on, she looked forward to attending I.T. classes, and her journey continued onwards ever since.

Fast forward to the present, she has now become a self-taught web developer, and under great mentorship, was able to develop a wide range of skills in the field.

She is a self-confessed introvert and a dog lover.
